Not every gap needs a major engagement.

Some questions don’t fit into any of the three core services — a one-off visa clarification, an independent review of an existing policy, a second opinion on a process that’s almost ready. Setting up a full engagement for cases like these would be disproportionate — but leaving them unanswered isn’t a solution either.

Additional services are exactly these building blocks: clearly defined, available as standalone engagements — and just as often an add-on to an ongoing engagement as a separate enquiry.

• Can I commission one of these services on its own, without a major engagement?
  Yes. Many of these services do arise within an ongoing engagement, but they can also be requested as a standalone engagement — for example, a one-off visa clarification or an independent review of your existing process.
• We already have an internal Global Mobility team — is it still worth reaching out?
  Absolutely. Companies with their own team use me on a selective basis — for an independent second opinion, a compliance review, or extra support when capacity is tight.
• Do you also support expats directly, not just companies?
  My focus is on working with companies — I don’t actively approach individuals. However, enquiries from expats directly are welcome: if you are a secondee and have a question about your own international situation, feel free to get in touch. For the practical organization of a move, I usually refer you to specialized partners; for questions around your mobility situation in the narrower sense, I’m happy to help directly.
