A path that knows all sides.
My career in Global Mobility didn’t begin at a desk, but in my own suitcase. I moved abroad myself, felt the excitement and uncertainty of an assignment firsthand — and later experienced what it means to go along as a partner, while your own life plan needs to be rearranged.
At an internationally active large corporation, I then got to know the other side: the responsibility for programs, processes, and people, the coordination between departments, the struggle for clean, timely execution.
Today I’m an independent consultant — and I bring exactly these perspectives together. I know how an assignment feels for everyone involved, and I know what needs to work behind the scenes for it to succeed.

Milestones that shaped my perspective.
Before advising others, I experienced assignments myself — as a student abroad, as a corporate manager, as an independent consultant. Each stage sharpened my view of Global Mobility a bit further.
In parallel, I continue to hold responsibility in a corporate environment as Director Group HR Total Rewards at Komax — this keeps me close to practice and to what’s actually being discussed in HR departments today.
