— Your Single Point of Contact
Complete Coordination of International Assignments.
An international assignment has dozens of moving parts — immigration, relocation, taxes, contracts, people. I bring them together into a seamless process. You have one point of contact.

Global Assignments
Single Point of Contact
The same person throughout the entire assignment.
Fixed, Transparent Packages
Individual cost framework, continuously reviewed.
One point of contact who holds everything together — from the initial feasibility query to repatriation.
Most assignments don’t fail due to one major problem, but due to gaps between stakeholders: The lawyer waits for HR, HR for tax advisors, the family for an answer.
Complete coordination means: I keep track of all stakeholders, drive deadlines, translate between technical languages, and am available to both the company and the seconded individual. You manage one relationship — not a dozen.

Erfahrungen meiner Kunden
— Frequently Asked Questions
Questions that come up before the first conversation.
For questions or clarifications, please write directly to info@oneexpatservices.com or via WhatsApp.
- What steps are involved in complete assignment coordination? From the initial feasibility check to repatriation: contract drafting, immigration and visa, tax and social security clarifications, moving and relocation, local onboarding, ongoing support, and repatriation. You always know the status of your assignment and who is working on what — and your team doesn't have to manage the interfaces themselves. I take care of that.
- What legal and administrative requirements must be met? Depending on the country combination: work and residence permits, reporting obligations, tax liability in the home and host country, social security coverage including A1 or Certificate of Coverage, payroll compliance, and reporting. I clarify early on which of these apply in your case and monitor deadlines. Costly mistakes almost never arise from malicious intent — but from an overlooked reporting obligation.
- Which countries do you support assignments to? The focus is on Europe, the USA, and Asia; also beyond through an established partner network. I have particular depth in the DACH region — immigration, social security, and payroll for Switzerland and Germany. What is crucial, however, is not the flag on the map, but clean, timely coordination on site.
- How long does assignment preparation take? Realistically 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the destination country. The critical path is almost always immigration — permit procedures cannot be accelerated, only meticulously prepared. That's why I clarify feasibility and deadlines right at the beginning. Better an honest timeline than a target date that won't hold.
- What costs are incurred for an assignment? The major blocks are immigration, relocation and housing, tax consulting, allowances, school fees, and travel — plus the internal effort that is often forgotten. I will put together the cost framework for you before you commit, and I continuously monitor it against the budget. During the initial consultation, the scope of work will be discussed, and a corresponding package will be tailored for you.
- How is the employee's family supported? School and housing search, support with settling in locally, assistance for the accompanying partner, intercultural preparation. This is not an accessory: assignments rarely fail because of the job. They fail because the family doesn't settle in the destination country.
