7. Services and Features Used

Below we inform you about the individual services and features we use on our website.

7.1 Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva). With each access to the website, the server automatically captures technical data in so-called server log files, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page or file accessed, the referrer URL, and information about the browser and operating system. We require this data to provide the website, ensure its security and stability, and resolve disruptions. The host processes this data on our behalf and stores it in Switzerland.

For backup purposes, we regularly create backups of our website. These may also contain personal data, such as form entries. The backups are stored with Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.

7.2 Contact Form and Email Contact

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide to respond to your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent and delete it once processing is complete and no legal retention obligations apply.

The IP address is anonymized by Google before storage (anonymize_ip). The retention period for user data in Google Analytics is 14 months. We use Google Consent Mode v2—GA4 is loaded only after express consent; without consent, no cookies are set and signals are transmitted only in aggregated, anonymized form.

Cookies are set and data is transmitted to Google; transfer to the USA is possible (see Section 9). Processing occurs only after your consent and can be revoked at any time.
